The POTS Method · Consulting for companies
Learn how biophilic design changes your clients' revenue, with a method proven across more than 200 projects.
A six-month consulting program to build the full biophilic-design business inside your company: how it's sold, how it's designed, what you charge, how it's delivered without stock and how it's maintained. Led by Mariana, co-founder of The Pots.
We only take a few calls a week because we work with each person for real.
If you've been at this for years, it's happened to you
You have a list of clients and nothing else to sell them.
You build the project, deliver it, invoice. And the next month your revenue depends again on landing the next quote. Work comes in waves, and payroll feels expensive exactly in the months when it doesn't.
Meanwhile you have dozens of clients you already got into, who already know you, who already paid you and would pick up the phone tomorrow. And you have nothing new to offer them.
That's what gets fixed here: not with new clients, with the ones you already have.
The math
Every project pays twice: when you install it and every month after.
Whoever sells plants charges once, delivers, and goes looking for the next client. Not here. Plants are alive: if no one cares for them they die, and the business loses what it paid. That's why the client pays every month to keep them alive.
An example: a mid-range restaurant
Now run it with your own list. Not with two new clients you have to go find: with the ones who already paid you once and already know who you are. Count how many there are and multiply.
That's the difference between building this from scratch and building it when you already have a company: you don't start by getting the client. You start with the product.
If the math adds up for you, book a call and we'll run it with your numbers.

Why a business pays for that
You don't charge for the plants. You charge for the return.
When you bring real nature into a space, people feel better and spend more. It's measured, and we're not the ones saying it.
Harvard · Cornell · World Green Building Council · University of Exeter
For a business owner that's not pretty: it's revenue. When you prove that change with the science and with real cases they see with their own eyes, they stop seeing it as a cost and see it as an investment that pays them back. And from there, what you charge scales with the profit you give them.
That conversation is the first part of the consulting. It's what makes you charge more for the same project, just by telling it differently.
What this is, exactly
The whole business, not just the part where you bill every month.
Six months, from having none of this set up to having it running inside your company. This is what we cover:
Acquisition
Which types of business to approach first, the exact scripts for what to say and how to get in to run the free diagnosis that increases close rate by 300%.
Design
How to study a space, which species survives where, and how to design it so it truly works — even if no one in your company has studied biophilic design.
Pricing
How to price a project against the return you give the client, instead of pricing it on what the plants cost.
Delivery
How to structure projects so you don't front the material and never need a warehouse or inventory.
Maintenance
The methodology that keeps the plants alive, plus the AI tools and automations so it never eats your day.
Recurring revenue
How to turn every delivered project into a monthly contract from day one.
Remote
The way and the tools to run much of the business from your computer.
How it's delivered
Recorded modules you do at your own pace, plus live sessions with us for questions. And a guarantee: which one applies depends on your starting point, so we go over it on the call.
What it takes on your side: time over those six months, and being willing to sit down with a business owner and talk money. The rest is learned.
The method
We cover all of that step by step. But the method rests on three pieces.
They're the three almost no one has, which is why almost no one turns this into a business. Miss one and it doesn't work.
How to talk money with a business owner
You stop talking about harmony and aesthetics and put numbers on the table: how long people stay, how much they spend, what he takes home. It’s what makes you charge more for the same project.
How to get in with a free diagnosis
Which businesses to approach first and what to say so they let you in to look at the space for free. With your list this is a phone call, not a cold door. That diagnosis is what increases close rate by 300%.
How to lock in the monthly maintenance
How to frame it from day one, what’s included and what you charge, so every project you deliver leaves a fixed monthly fee.
Why now
Until recently almost everyone bought artificial plants.
Because the live ones died: they had to be cared for and almost no one knew how. With the maintenance method and the automations we've built, that's no longer a problem.
More and more homes, offices and businesses are asking for live plants. And on the other side there's almost no one: almost no one knows biophilic design, or which species survives where, or how to design it so it works. And above all, almost no one knows how to turn that into a stable business that pays every month.
Who teaches you
I'm Mariana, co-founder of The Pots.
I was born in Costa Rica and moved to Miami: concrete and glass everywhere. There I built The Pots, starting from zero with no one to teach me. It took me years of trial and error, and hundreds of thousands of dollars lost, until I found what works today.
Since then we’ve done more than 200 biophilic projects in Florida: offices, restaurants, jewelry stores, clinics and some of the most exclusive boutique hotels in Miami. Today we design full interventions for large companies. And clients who came in through a first project are still with us, month after month, years later.
I teach this for a practical reason: demand today is so big that I can't be in every city in the world. So instead of keeping the recipe to myself, I decided to teach it.

What people always ask us
Questions
My company isn't about plants, it's something else
It doesn't need to be. What you need is to already get into other people's spaces and to have clients who trust you. We give you the product.
No one on my team knows biophilic design
We teach you to study the space and decide what goes where, even if no one in your company has studied any of this.
I don't have time
The modules are recorded and you do them at your own pace. The live sessions are for questions.
Do I have to set up a warehouse and buy stock?
No warehouse or inventory needed. You go project by project, and learn to structure it so you never front the material.
Does this work for homes or only businesses?
Both. They have the same problem.
How long until the line is up and running?
The consulting runs up to six months. The first project can close much sooner.
What if the market gets saturated?
Right now there are clients to spare and a shortage of people who do it well.
I'm not in Miami or a big city
Doesn’t matter. Every country has offices, hotels, restaurants and homes, and almost no one is solving this.
What if I try and it doesn't work out?
There’s a guarantee. Which one applies depends on your starting point, so we go over it on the call with you there.
What happens if you book
It's not a sales call. It's advisory.
Half an hour with our team. We look at where you’re coming from and where you want to be in six months, and we tell you honestly whether this is for you.
Whether or not you leave as a client, you walk away with a roadmap of the next steps for your case. If it’s a fit, we explain right there how to get in and which guarantee applies to you.

Fill out a short form and we'll talk. It's not a sales call: it's advisory. Honestly, please.
You already have the clients. What's missing is the business to sell them.
That's what we'll teach you to build, from start to finish.
See you on the other side. — Mariana
