Does stabilized moss need water or light?
No. Stabilized moss keeps its living look without water, soil or direct light. It is virtually maintenance-free.
How does shipping work?
We ship across the United States. Basics shipping is calculated using your address before payment and is free on $350.00 in products, before discounts and tax. For other pieces, check the amount at checkout; project delivery and installation are specified in your proposal.
What is a pre-order piece?
Some editions are made to order. When you reserve one, we contact you to confirm production and delivery times.
Do you do custom projects?
Yes. We design for the home (Residential) and for businesses (Business). Reach out and we’ll prepare a proposal.
Can I return a piece?
In-stock pieces can be returned within 14 days in original condition. Custom and pre-order pieces are non-refundable.
