01Does stabilized moss need water or light?
No. Stabilized moss keeps its living look without water, soil or direct light. It is virtually maintenance-free.
02How does shipping work?
We ship across the United States. Basics shipping is calculated using your address before payment and is free on $350.00 in products, before discounts and tax. For other pieces, check the amount at checkout; project delivery and installation are specified in your proposal.
03What is a made-to-order piece?
Some artworks are made when you order them. When you reserve one, we contact you to confirm production and delivery times.
04Do you do custom projects?
Yes. We design for your home and for your business. Reach out and we’ll prepare a proposal.
05Can I return a piece?
In-stock pieces can be returned within 14 days in original condition. Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable.
