The images in this article illustrate a design concept, not a completed installation or measured results. They provide a starting point for discussing a layout before defining a project.
Start with how the space works
In a hotel, greenery needs to work alongside reception, luggage, cleaning, and waiting areas. Before choosing pieces, review available light, circulation, and access for plant care.
Decide what each element contributes
Planting can be considered as a visual boundary for a seating area; wall artwork can serve as a focal point. These design choices need to be checked against plans and actual site conditions, keeping routes and signage clear.
Living plants and preserved moss need different plans
Living plants require appropriate selection and care for their location. Preserved moss is not maintained like a living plant: do not water or mist it. Protect it from direct sunlight and contact with water, following the specific care instructions for the piece.
A professional proposal should define placement, maintenance access, and responsibilities. An image cannot establish improvements in bookings, reviews, or guest dwell time.
Prepare for a consultation
Gather photos, approximate dimensions, and the areas you would like to improve. A consultation can help identify what fits the hotel’s operations and what requires an on-site assessment.
